Spread, Tales of Deadly Flora by Rachael Clarke is a horror anthology having some amazing stories. The stories have a very different setting where the main focus is on plants and trees. All the stories are written keeping in mind some deadly plants. And this is what makes the book different. Rachael's story telling talent is something to praise. Each story is distinct and enjoyable. My favorite story is the first one where a pitcher plant stores your heart inside it and you are free from all your sorrows. Incredibly creative and worth a one time read. 

I am reading Clarke's work for the very first time. And, I am really impressed with her work. I would love to read more of her works. Definitely, the book deserves 5 stars, and thanks to rachel's random resources for providing me with an opportunity to read and review the book.
