The Devil is dead. It’s time for its autopsy. What happens when crime investigators spot a deluge of paranormal forces in their examinations? A normal autopsy isn’t sufficient. What they need is a different autopsy—the devil’s autopsy. Five unsolved murder mysteries handpicked from the villages of Assam to the sophisticated skyscrapers of Mumbai that have a torrent of supernatural suspense hidden under the sheets. From the bestselling author of The Ten Commandments of Evil comes five standalone horror novellas where each tale promises to grip, terrify, and linger long after the pages turn. You'll go deeper into a vortex of suspense that challenges the very fabric of reality. The Devil's Autopsy is a riveting journey into the heart of darkness.

Vignesh Sivasankar’s stories received laudatory reviews in numerous publications and literary forums. He’s an award-winning published author of various fictional anthologies. National print and online publishing platforms have acclaimed his credible work.

Before he started writing, Vignesh got a graduate degree in engineering and an MBA. He’s an alumnus of Anna University, Symbiosis University, IIM Calcutta, and EDII, currently residing in the scorching heat of Chennai with a candid yet loving critic (wife) and an exceptionally naughty son.

Vignesh’s stint as a marketing manager for about a decade in various industries and organizations doesn’t match the madness he endured as an entrepreneur for a couple of years. He’s now a fictional writer, penning down thoughts every day.

'The Ten Commandments of Evil' is his debut book.

My Opinion

The Devil's Autopsy by Vignesh Sivasankar is an amazing collection of five horror anthologies. The stories are full of terror and creep that are going to shook you to the core. I am reading the author for the first time and it is really hard to find a good horror book. Sivasankar's storytelling abilities are really impressive. The stories give you a glimpse of Frankenstein or a psychotic killer who is a pyromaniac. I enjoyed every bit of the book as I am a die hard fan of horror and short stories.

All the characters have been selected carefully maintaining the flow of the plot. My favorite is the first story where you get a glimpse of the undead. And the twist at the end was just mind blowing. Each story is worth savoring and has a different charm. Definitely, the book deserves 5 stars.
