My Opinion

Fredrik Backman's Anxious People is a wonderful and hilarious story of a heist. I adored all the characters who hilariously elevated the plot to a new level. The story explores human relationships and how they try to cope with their present situation. The story keeps going back and forth in time. Backman's narrative was clever enough to keep us hooked till the last. And the most exciting thing was the climax. Also, there is no actual ending if you are hoping for one.

My favorite character is the realtor whose incessant marketing rant was a really funny situation. Each character has a different story to tell. Very interesting and unique, the book deserves 5 stars.
